FAQ
We will process and ship out orders within 2 days of payment confirmation. In the event that it will take more than 2 days, we will notify you if possible.
Returns are not accepted unless you received the incorrect item(s) from us. In this case, you must let us know within a week of receiving your order. If you miss the 1 week deadline, we reserve the right to not issue a return/exchange to you.
Please see below for the process of starting a return and exchange for the correct item(s):
1. Take clear photos of all items you received so we can confirm that the order arrived to you.
2. Attach the photos to an email stating your order and tracking number and please be sure to mention what items you did not receive. Then send it to our email at [email protected]
3. Once we have evaluated your claim and deemed it credible, we will create a return label and send it to you with instructions on sending the incorrect items back. The return label will be paid for by us.
4. As soon as we have obtained your return and made sure the incorrect items are still in the same condition as when we sent them to you, we will send the correct items to you and notify you of the tracking number. Shipping cost will be paid for by us.
We currently do not. However we can make an exception if you live outside of those 3 countries and want to purchase at least $50 (US dollars) worth of items. Simply message us at [email protected] so we can work out a plan for you.
No. All prices in this store are firm and non-negotiable.
Currently we only accept payment through PayPal.
We use USPS as they offer the cheapest prices. If you need your order to get to you faster, you can email us at [email protected] BEFORE you place your order and we will see what we can work out for you.
We give out estimated ship times based on what USPS tell us so that is something that is out of our control. If your tracking information on the USPS site does not give you a clear answer for the hold up, you can call their customer line and see if you can get more help. With COVID-19 affecting many facets of the economy now, our patience levels will undoubtedly be tested time and time again.
